This allows us to offer high-quality home essentials at fair prices by reducing unnecessary warehousing and waste. Because our products ship directly from our global partners, shipping times may be slightly longer than traditional retail, but we ensure every package is worth the wait.

Processing Time

Every Modoe Space order is handled with care.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, quality-checked, and packed before shipment.

• Peak Seasons: During holidays, sales events, or New Year periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days due to high order volume.

• Note: "Business Days" are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

To keep your shopping experience simple and transparent, we offer a flat shipping rate.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location. Please note that these are estimates based on average transit times.

• Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

• Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.

• In Transit: If your tracking status shows "In Transit" but hasn't updated for a few days, please be patient. It is likely clearing customs or being handed over to the local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) for final delivery.

Split Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different distribution centers.

• In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

• You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

• Time Window: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@modoespace.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

• After 12 Hours: Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Modoe Space is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

• If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

• This means any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

• While customs fees are uncommon for small home goods, regulations vary by country, and Modoe Space is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at service@modoespace.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage, and we will arrange a free replacement.

• Lost in Transit: If the tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding our maximum delivery estimate), please contact us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
