At Modoe Space, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things might not work out. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled to ensure a smooth process.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Shipping Label (or specific instructions) and details on where to send your package.

Ship It: Pack the item securely and follow the shipping instructions provided.
> Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at service@modoespace.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: For damaged items, providing photos of the defect helps us resolve the issue much faster.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gift Cards and Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@modoespace.com.
Return Address
Please strictly follow the return instructions sent via email. Do not ship to this address without a Return Authorization.
